Delivery Charge:

 

We charge £4.99 standard delivery for every order regardless of quantity or size.

Returns Policy:

 

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receipt If the product is not suitable but please send us a message and ensure all items remain unused and intact. 

 

All orders are wrapped and packed with reasonable care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition however, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty you must contact us immediately. Once a return has been agreed we would expect the products to be returned in any original packaging. 

 

The cost of returning any unwanted product for an exchange or a refund will be at your charge with the exception of damaged or faulty goods. 

 

A refund will not include the original postage paid unless the item was damaged or faulty. 

 

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive when you using standard delivery although we aim to get your parcel to you within 3-4 working days. express delivery is usually 1-2 woking days

 

Please note most of our products are sent through our courier and these parcels will need to be signed for. We take no responsibility for goods that were signed for and not received by the person who placed the order with Penelope Primrose.
